“It was a great weekend and a little more relaxed than usual, it’s just fun to race something a little different to what we usually do.”

Brendon Walther (City Coast Motorcycles) also had a successful weekends racing in the 9-U11 yrs 85cc 2T/150cc 4T class, making it through his qualifying races with strong results including a heat race win. Strong and consistent riding through the finals was good enough to secure an overall podium taking home third place.

“It took me a little to get used to the speed of racing long track, but I felt better as the races went on and to finish third place in the championship feels great!”

Fellow YJDT team-mates Ben George and Jordan Bissaker chose to keep their focus on the upcoming Super X series which kicks off next weekend. Ben will be making his Pro Lites debut while Jordan will also make his supercross debut in the Junior Lites Class.
