2. The competition is "Win a TT-R110E with Yamaha Racing"
3. Entry requirement - entrants must purchase a minimum of $150.00 retail value on selected Yamaha Racing products and complete an online form, retaining their receipt or proof of purchase to produce if a winner in the competition. https://yamaha-motor.com.au/ShopYamaha/Win-a-TTR
4. The selected Yamaha Racing products include Yamaha Racing apparel and riding gear and the Yamaha-Racing x Albek luggage collaboration. The selected apparel and riding gear part numbers start with A22- and B22-, however exclude A22-MT, B22-MT and B22-TE part numbers. The Yamaha Racing x Albek luggage part numbers are YRC-23BPK-DU-BL, YRC-23GBG-ME-BL and YRC-23GBG-SK-BL.
5. Each eligible purchase over $150.00 will be eligible for one ticket in the draw. Single or multiple products can make up this value, in one transaction.
6. Eligible purchases made in store in an authorised Yamaha Dealership will be eligible for an additional bonus ticket in the draw.
7. Purchases made online or at events will only receive one ticket per transaction. 
8. There is no restriction on the number of submissions by an entrant, however a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for each entry. Each receipt or proof of purchase is only valid for one entry.
9. Open to Australian residents only, and only eligible to those aged 18 or over, at the time of purchase.
10. The major prize is 1 x Yamaha TT-R110E motorcycle, valued at $3,549 and a riding gear prize pack valued at $525 (Total prize pack of $4074). The second and third prizes are 1 x $500 voucher to use on ShopYamaha.com.au. The fourth, fifth and sixth prizes are each 1 x $250 voucher to use on ShopYamaha.com.au.
11. Competition starts Saturday 2 September 2023, and closes 11:59am AEST Thursday 30 November 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for entries not received by the closing date for whatever reason.
12. The winners will be randomly selected by Yamaha Motor Australia Pty Ltd. The winners will be determined by random draw and will take place at 10:00am 6 December 2023 AEST at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. 
13. The winners will be announced on the Yamaha Motor Australia's Facebook page, the Yamaha Motor Australia website and @shopyamahaaus Instagram page on 6 December 2023 with the winner notified by via email within 7 days of the closing date. 
14. In order to claim any prize, the winner will need to produce and provide the original copy of their receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days.
15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. Any such redraw will be made from the remaining entrants and will take place at 10:00am on 21 December 2023 at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. The name of the resulting winner will be published on the Yamaha Motor Australia's Facebook page, the Yamaha Motor Australia website and @shopyamahaaus Instagram page. Any redraw prize winner will be notified within 2 days of the redraw via their email.
16. Yamaha Motor Australia will arrange for transport of the first prize pack to the closest Land Mobility Yamaha dealer and the winner is responsible for collection of this prize from the Dealership.
17. The vouchers for use on ShopYamaha that are awarded as prizes to the winners of the  second through to sixth prizes will be sent via email, after proof of purchase is produced.
18. All ShopYamaha vouchers are valid for single use only and any unused portion will be forfeited. Value of the voucher will reduce the overall cart total. 
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent (refer to Yamaha Motor Australia's Privacy Policy).
20. The prize or part thereof is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services
21. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Employees of Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. or their family members, or any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.
23. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
