If Your new Yamaha Motorcycle is declared to be a Total Loss within thirty six months of its original registration, We will either, replace it with a new Yamaha Motorcycle of the same make, model or series or pay the replacement value.

We will pay for repairs on replacing damaged parts on a new for old basis and where possible will use Yamaha genuine parts.
