Best Mates Arriving In Style
A group of Yamaha Motor Japan (YMC) visitors were treated to a spectacular day on Sydney Harbour as part of a Yamaha Motor Journey filming trip. The day was organised with the assistance of Yamaha Motor Australia's Marine division, with lifestyle wear and accessories supplied by ShopYamaha.
The special day was a great reminder that Yamaha Motor products can lead you to discover new sights, people, and experiences.
As part of its Resonating Worlds web page, the third film in the three-film Yamaha Motor Journey Australia series produced by Yamaha Motor Company focused on having fun on the water. The team, along with invited guests Jess Gardiner and Jeremy Carpentier, set off from the iconic Sydney Opera House in a boat provided by long-time Yamaha dealer Short Marine. Assisting with filming duties and logistics was the team from the Yamaha Marine Academy in a second boat.
After numerous motorcycle trips across the Harbour Bridge earlier in the week, the visitors had an opportunity to view the Coathanger from a unique-on-water angle. The skipper then embarked on the iconic run from Circular Quay to Manly, including a ride across the swell that is often generated at The Heads, where Sydney Harbour opens to the Pacific Ocean.
Following a leisurely cruise around the Manly waterfront, the two vessels headed to Watsons Bay at the end of the South Head peninsula to enjoy a beach-front lunch at the famous Doyle's Restaurant.
This film captures the blues of the sky and water, which always seem to be on display at Sydney Harbour. The best way to enjoy Sydney's iconic harbour views is from a boat, and the quality time that can be had with friends while out on the water will make for unforgettable memories. A special joy awaits anyone who can spend a day out on the harbour with a Yamaha.
