Destination Ténéré

Destination Yamaha is pleased to announce the inaugural Ténéré 700 Four Day Rally, a GPS navigation-style event hosted by our partner RideADV. Covering some of NSW’s best adventure trails from 9 to 12 May, this event is for riders of Ténéré 700 only.

The starting point for the fun-packed ride is Wauchope Showground, NSW. Sign on and scrutineering will be held on Saturday 8 May from 10am–4pm, this will be followed by the welcome dinner. Riding will take place Sunday to Wednesday 9 to 12 May, arriving back in Wauchope on Wednesday afternoon.

Each full day of riding will be followed by an informative workshop with special guests, including Yamaha legends Stephen Gall and CDR Chief Technician Gary Benn.

Ténéré 700 Four Day Rally event details: 
9 -12 May 2021 - Sign on and scrutineering 10am-4pm 8 May
Day 1 - Wauchope to Coffs Harbour (300-390km)
Day 2 - Coffs Harbour to Glenn Innes (TBA km)
Day 3 - Glenn Innes to Tamworth (460-490km)
Day 4 - Tamworth to Wauchope (470km-490km)

Price: $675pp
All participants will require a GPS device that can be loaded with GPX files. 

Each morning the RideADV lead riders will head out before the group to check the route. The riding group will be supported by some of the best sweep riders in the business. All RideADV sweep riders are first aid qualified and mechanically trained. The support vehicles will be close by if required.

In addition to the picturesque off-road routes being planned, there will also be regular break out sections for those looking for an extra challenge.

A support truck will carry your luggage/camping gear to and from the overnight stays, all you need to do is ride.
