Epic Ténéré 700 Rally

Owners of Yamaha’s 689cc ADV twin are encouraged not to miss out on Australia’s first Ténéré 700 Rally event for 2023.

Now in its third year, the Ténéré Rally is organised by industry leading tour operators and Ténéré enthusiasts RideADV. The event starts in Broken Hill, NSW and heads to the Flinders Ranges in SA – epic Ténéré territory.

The five-day ride kicks off on 14 May 2023 and is a navigational event which means you can proceed at your own pace using your own GPS. The concept revolves around loop rides out of selected overnight stays that include must-see ADV locations Broken Hill, Wilpena Pound, Arkaroola and Cameron Corner. Technical breakout sections for the more adventurous riders will be included. The course is described in more detail here, where you can also register for the event: https://www.rideadv.com.au/event/third-annual-yamaha-tenere-700-5-day-flinders-ranges-off-road-navigation-rally-may-2023/

The event is fully supported with lead riders heading out before the group and will be swept by the experienced RideADV crew, who are first aid qualified and mechanically trained, with support vehicles close by. A Yamaha factory-trained technician will be on site for scrutineering and will join the ride. A truck will carry your luggage and camping gear to and from the overnight stays. All dinners are included in the entry fee of $1290.00 inc GST. But hurry, there are only five spots left!

Special guest rider Cory Hanson from Camel ADV in Canada will join the event and nightly workshops will be held with Yamaha representatives as well as other RideADV sponsors Teknik and Pirelli.

If you miss out on this festival of Ténéré, there are three more events in three different states for 2023 which are:
