Australian Tenere 700 World Raid Press Launch

Thank you to all Tenere 700 owners who submitted their entry for this competition, however there can only be one winner.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The promoter is Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. (ACN 002 556 989), Locked Bag 48 Wetherill Park NSW 2164
  2. The competition is "Win to attend Australia Tenere 700 World Raid Press launch”
  3. Entry requirement – Entrants must be
    • Yamaha Tenere owner.
    • Create a video highlighting why you want to attend the Australia Tenere 700 World Raid Press launch.
    • Video must not exceed two minutes (02).
  4. The video clip should be uploaded to Tenere Down Under FB page, or PM the video file to Yamaha Motor Australia FB page or sent to marketing@yamaha-motor.com.au via email by eligible entrant.
  5. Open to Australian residents only, and only eligible to those aged 18 or over.
  6. Competition starts Wed 6 September 2023, and closes 11:59pm AEST Monday 11 September 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for entries not received by the closing date for whatever reason.
  7. The winners will be selected by Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. The winners will be determined based on the best reason why the entrant wants to attend to the event and will be selected and announced at 10:00am AEST Tuesday 12 September 2023 AEST at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia.
  8. The winners will be announced on the Yamaha Motor Australia's website and the Yamaha Ténéré 700 Down Under Facebook page on 12 September 2023 with the winner notified by via email on the same day.
  9. The winner will attend the Australian Tenere 700 World Raid Press launch and get the opportunity to test ride the new World Raid with Media and the Ride ADV crew from 19-21 September 2023.There is no monetary value attached to the prize.
  10. The winner will be provided with transport, accommodation and food during the stay.
  11. The winner must confirm their participation within two days, if not, judges will select the next best video as the winner.
  12. The winner must sign the waiver of liability and indemnity form at the time of confirmation of the participation.
  13. The winner will need to meet the Yamaha Motor Australia representatives at 84 Brush Road Ourimbah, NSW at 1800 on 19 September. Any costs associated with the winner getting to and from Ourimbah will be at the winner’s own expense.
  14. Yamaha Motor Australia will arrange transport during the press launch. The winner must bring their own riding gear and arrive at Ourimbah in NSW by 1800 on 19 September 2023. If the winner does not have the appropriate riding gear, the winner may be declined from riding any Yamaha motorcycles during the event.
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent (refer to Yamaha Motor Australia's Privacy Policy).
  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. Employees of Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. or their family members, or any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.
  18. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

You are providing your information to Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. and not to any other party.
