WIN a Yamaha e-Bike Competition T&C's (Game of skill)

1. The promoter is Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. (ACN 002 556 989), Locked Bag 48 Wetherill Park NSW 2164
2. The competition is "Win a Yamaha e-Bike".
3. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
4. How to enter - entrants must complete the entry form accessed by scanning the QR code and in 25 words or less, describe “Why I want to win a Yamaha e-Bike".
5. Only one entry per person is permissible.
6. Open to Australian residents only and must be 16 years or older.
7. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that submitted wordings are the entrant's original work. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. (hereinafter sometimes called as “YMA”) reserves the right to moderate and remove any submissions deemed offensive or in breach of this condition.
8. The major prize is a Blue Yamaha Moro-07 e-Bike valued at $8,999.00.
9. The Competition starts Wednesday 10th January 2024, with closing date for submissions and the competition will be 11:59pm AEST Sunday 21st January 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The winner will be judged by YMA based upon creative merit consisting of 25 words or less. Judging will take place at 1:00pm 30th January 2024 at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. The selection of the winner is at the discretion of the judges, and the decision cannot be challenged. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
11. The winner will be announced on the YMA’s Facebook pages, YMA Instagram Pages and the Y M A website on 30th January 2024 with the winner notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. Any such redraw will be made from the remaining entrants and will take place at 10:00am on 14th February 2024 at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. The name of the resulting winner will be published on the YMA Facebook and/or Instagram pages and the YMA website. Any redraw prize winner will be notified within 2 days of the redraw via their social media account.
12. YMA will arrange for transport of the prize pack to the closest Yamaha motorcycle dealership and the winner is responsible for collection of this prize from the Dealership.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent (refer to Yamaha Motor Australia's Privacy Policy).
15. The prize or part thereof is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Employees of YMA or their family members, or any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.]
18. YMA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

You are providing your information to Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. and not to any other party.
