Yamaha powered Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, achieved top accolades at the recent Australian Tourism Awards.
Held in Launceston, the 2018 Australian Tourism Awards celebrated the best in Australian Tourism with Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures being anointed into the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, after achieving top honours in their respective category for three years in a row.
The Western Australian business also took out the trifecta on the night, taking gold in the ‘Tourist Attractions’, ‘Adventure Tourism’ and ‘Unique Accommodation’ categories.
Troy Thomas, Owner of Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures said, “Being recognised with this award is a credit to the hard work and dedication of our whole team and acknowledges the outstanding customer service and passion we put into what we do best – delivering unique and unforgettable experiences.”
“Contributing to our success is the support and strong relationships developed with our key partners and suppliers, with Yamaha outboards playing an important role.
“We operate a fleet of around 30 vessels and 45 Yamaha outboards, in one of the most remote and inhospitable locations in Australia. Due to this extreme environment, we can’t afford to have any downtime. Yamaha’s proven reliability, fuel efficiency and peace of mind, is why we continue to choose Yamaha outboards,” Troy said.
Yamaha Motor Australia would like to congratulate Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures on this prestigious award and looks forward to continuing to work with them as they strive to win many more.
