Yamaha Motor Australia Pty Ltd is conducting a RECALL CAMPAIGN on certain YZF-R3 / MT03 motorcycles.

What is the defect?
Due to insufficient hose material curing at manufacturing, cracking may develop in the radiator coolant hose.
What are the hazards?
This may result in coolant leakage onto the road surface if cracks develop in the ageing hose.
What should customers do?
To correct this defect, Yamaha is initiating a Factory Modification Campaign, whereby affected models must have the defective Hose/hoses replaced with the countermeasure hose.
You should contact your local Yamaha Dealer to set up an appointment to have your model remedied free of charge.
